The Press Cutting Board

The Press Board is a simple, but elegant edge-grain cutting board / charcuterie board that really highlights the natural beauty of the wood and grain. Made from Canadian walnut and a strip of paduak (originating from central and western Africa). This wood combination is becoming a favourite with our customers. A nice brunette with a red highlight!

As the Press Board is made from live edge boards, a slight variation will occur from board to board.

*Edge grain shows you the wood cut along the edge and with the grain. Edge grain butcher block is usually made of strips of wood that can be lined up evenly or assembled in a pattern that resembles a hardwood floor.

Rubber feet are 11mm high and come with stainless steel hardware.
Handles are Richelieu Transitional Metal Pull - 7227 Matte Black (96mm on centre)

  • The Posner Cutting Board combines a symmetrical gradient patterns with domestic and exotic woods. The sunset pattern keeps your eyes focused on the natural beauty of the grain and colours.

    As all of our boards are sanded to 320 grit, (very fine sand paper), they have a super-smooth finish. Thanks to our unique grain-raising sanding technique, our boards are beautiful to look at and function extremely well. All of our boards are finished with our own ecological wax oil which protects the wood without clogging its pores.

  • All woods (exotic and domestic) are sourced responsibly from our local mills and importers. Absolutely nothing is wasted in the manufacturing process as off-cuts are used for smaller products or burned to create a heat source for our shop.

  • RETURNS

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
